How do i book a ride?
You can book a ride through our website on the home page. Our online booking system is easy to use and allows you to reserve your ride in just a few clicks.
How far in advance should i book my ride?
We always recommend booking your ride as soon as you have your airfare booked to ensure availability. However, in emergency situations, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
What type of vehicles do you offer?
We currently offer 3 levels of newer model SUV's to suit your needs. Our fleet is well-maintained and regularly serviced to ensure the comfort and safety of our passengers.
Are your drivers licensed and insured?
Yes, all of our drivers are properly licensed and commercially insured as according to Minnesota state law.
Do you offer airport transportation?
Yes! We offer reliable airport transportation services to and from MSP Airport and St. Cloud Airport. Our drivers are knowledgeable about the best routes to take and will get you to the airport on time and in comfort.
What if my flight is delayed?
We monitor flight schedules and will adjust your pickup time accordingly. There is no additional charge for flight delays. In emergency situations, we will ask if clients are willing to share rides with other parties if we are tight on driver availability.
How does picking up at the airport work?
With the crazy foot traffic down at Arrivals/Baggage Claim, we have been asking our clients to take the escalators up one level to Departures where it is generally much quieter and easier to find your driver.
Do you offer rides other than airport transportation?
Yes, we also offer rides to private events such as concerts, sporting events, wedding shuttle transportation, winery tours, proms and any other specialized transportation that you may need.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel or modify at any time, however the closer to your pickup date, cancellation fees apply. Visit our Terms & Rates page to see our Cancellation Fee policy.
How do i pay for my ride?
You can pay for your ride through our website using any major credit or debit card through Square. Our online payment system is secure and encrypted to protect your personal information.
